In order to improve communication for swimmers and parents the club has set up an e-mail distribution list. The broad aim of this distribution list is to enable the club and coaches to pass on information to swimmers and their parents quickly and efficiently.

The list will be moderated. That means that any information sent out on the list will be checked for suitability. This protects swimmers, their parents and the club from unsolicited mail and advertising. Information will be distributed “blind” and so your e-mail address will not be visible to other recipients.

This is an “Opt-In” list. Information from the club / coaches will still be distributed in the normal way i.e. notice board, website and mail. 

We will attempt to send out information at two levels …. general information which affects all club members and squad specific information.
