Meet Update 16/03/2016
We received an unprecedented number of entries for this meet. As a result, in order to comply with the conditions of our ASA license and to fit the meet within the pool time available to us, this has meant that unfortunately we have had no reject a large number of swims but have endeavoured to keep these to an absolute minimum. Rejections have been based purely on the seeded entry time and have been undertaken fairly and equitably across all events, age groups and Clubs and independently checked. We are unable to make exceptions for any rejected swimmers.
In addition, any entries which we have found to be based on estimated times or times which have been achieved outside of the qualifying window for the meet have also been rejected, in accordance with the meet rules. If any further entries are found to have been entered on ineligible times they will be removed.
For clubs due a refund, our Administrator will be in touch shortly to arrange.Please note there is a change to the published time for session 1, which will now start at 7pm. All details and timings are available on the link below

Name Update Feb 2016.
We have been asked by the ASA to amend the name of the event, to reflect the fact that this event is not suitable for qualifying times for older swimmers at the Regional Events.We are aware that those looking to gain youth qualification would be aware this event is not within the qualifying window, but the region have new rules in place and wanted to ensure no confusion in the matter.
None of the conditions or rules are changed just the name!
All times will be eligible for ASA rankings and of yours for junior regional qualifying times We look forward to welcoming you to the event.

Venue: Parkside Pools, Gonville Place, Cambridge, CB1 1LY. Google Maps
Pool: 8 Lane, Deck Level, 25m Pool, Olympic Standard Blocks, Quantum Electronic Timing, Anti-turbulence lane ropes
There will be a separate swim down pool available.
Age Groups: 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 and over. For event restrictions see qualifying times table.
Awards: Heat Declared Winners with awards to top three in each age group.
Events: 50m, 100m and 200m all strokes, 400m Freestyle and 200m and 400m IM.
Fees Race Entry Fee: £5.00 per event
Spectator Entry £3.00 per session or £5.00 all day.
